Video on Customer Service — Starring Our Own BizKids!
At BizKids, everything we create comes from — and is for — our community. Every program, every lesson, and every video is built with input from the people who live it: our kids, their parents, and our amazing community partners.
That’s what makes this next release so special.
We’re thrilled to announce the debut of our newest educational video, “Customer Service: How to Turn Customers into Fans,” featuring eight of our very own BizKids cast members!
✨ Meet Mila, our featured BizKid who stars as a KidPreneur learning the ropes of running her business, handling real-world customer challenges, and discovering what it takes to turn great customer service into lasting success.
This video is included in our KidPreneur Accelerator Programs – Both our Classroom and “Launch Your Business” at-home course — a fun, hands-on learning experience where kids learn directly from other kids about how to launch their own business and cover topics like customer service, market research, sales, money management, and marketing.
But what makes this production even more meaningful is how it came to life.
From script development to filming, it was truly a community effort — parents, a video production crew made up of youth under 30, and local partners like SHAPE, The City of Lougheed Mall & Thrifty’s Foods, all played a role in creating something that helps kids learn by doing. These experiences don’t just teach business skills — they build confidence, teamwork, and communication in ways that feel authentic and lasting.
Want to see the new video in action?
You can find it inside our Launch Your Business at-home course — where your child can learn directly from kids just like them and start building a thriving business of their own.
🌟 Why Being Part of the BizKids Community Matters
Being part of BizKids means more than just learning — it means belonging.
Our students and alumni regularly step up as ambassadors and community leaders, gaining experiences that most adults would envy.
BizKids Ambassadors recently volunteered at a Vancouver Giants Fundraiser, helping sell 50/50 tickets while learning about fundraising, teamwork, and confidence in action.
They even met Greg Smith, CEO of Thinkific and one of the Dragons on Canada’s Dragons’ Den!
Many of our kids have also taken on on-screen roles in our educational productions — learning about storytelling, teamwork, and video production firsthand.
These moments show what being part of the BizKids community is all about — real-world, hands-on experiences that prepare kids for whatever their future holds.
