Build an Online Business is back virtually this Spring!
Get ready for your child to become a business owner as they learn how to launch their very own online store!
Your child will get to choose a mock business idea, identify their customers, create a brand image, build & design an e-commerce store, learn about shipping logistics, marketing and more! This online, live, 2-way course focuses on developing your child’s digital literacy and thinking like an entrepreneur in a digital space.
No prior coding knowledge or skills are required.

- 8 Online Classes Every Tuesday
- 4:00pm – 5:15pm PDT
- Ages 9-13

- 4:00pm – 5:15pm PDT
- Ages 9-13
Eligibility:
Spaces for this program are being generously subsidized by the Telus Friendly Future Foundation and registration is free to students.
Participants must meet the following eligibility requirements.
- Is located in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia
- Is committed to attending all 8 online classes.
- Is only registered in one of the Build an Online Business Program
Required Materials:
- Computer with keyboard & mouse (tablets will not work with the website builder)
- A free account on Wix.com
